Here are all of the noteworthy places where I ate in Charleston, SC in December 2024.
Breakfast & Lunch
Bodega - Downtown location between Ann & John Streets.
Conveniently located near the visitor center & Blue Bicycle Books, nice big patio and veggie friendly breakfast options (that impossible bowl was great)
Little Line Kitchen & Provisions - Downtown, South of Hampton Park.
My usual weekend breakfast favorite, especially because I can always bring my dog Fred with me. Grab a spot inside or on the patio and enjoy a selection of hearty sandwiches or breakfast bowls. Also, this is Fred’s favorite breakfast place for potatoes *chomp
Dinner & Drinks
The Archer - Downtown, On upper Meeting Street (almost to Nomo).
Always a great vibe. Tried a new to me Japanese whisky that I really enjoyed (Ohishi). That roasted turnip dish was also delightful.
Legami - Downtown, Upper King street
Upscale Italian. A large place on the corner of King & Mary Streets, make sure to check out the upstairs bar, upstairs terrace, and first floor patio to get the full experience of this beautiful location. I had dinner at the upstairs bar and enjoyed the salad & ravioli.
