Here are all of the noteworthy places where I ate in Charleston, SC in July 2024.

Berkeley’s - Downtown, near Hampton Park, corner of Rutledge & Huger Streets

A neighborhood favorite. They do great sandwiches & dinners, but sometimes I just go in and order a bunch of apps as a comfort meal. Don’t sleep on the frozen wine (get the twist!)

Bearcat - Avondale, West Ashley

This spot is a recent addition to Avondale, bringing an artful flair to lowcountry ingredients. They have a seated course meal option in the dining room, but a friend and I went to sit in the bar area so we could order a la carte instead. While everything looks and tastes beautiful, not much is veggie friendly so definitely check the current menu online before popping in.

Dinner at Chasing Sage (monthly Spotlight)

Chasing Sage is my favorite restaurant downtown. I come here often for a fantastic time, so here are some dishes from a meal there this month. This meal was extra special because I had some family in town… so of course I got them to make funny faces for me XD
