As you might have seen from my Victineraries, I love organizing trips and travel information. When a friend mentioned an upcoming trip to London, I started going back through all of my old photos and notes and came across a fun day at the Tower of London.
This famous complex is a fantastic place to visit while exploring the city, and no trip is complete without taking a Beefeater tour! I had the pleasure of an hour with Billy (follow him on instagram over here @billybeefeater), but all of the guides provide a fun and unique look into the castle history, especially since they all still live on the grounds.
After your time with the Beefeaters, make sure to visit all of the exhibits big and small, from the crown jewels down to the armory. You never know when a dragon may be hiding around the next corner!
One of the best things about this visit is the view at the end when you go out on the riverside walk and see Tower Bridge.
