If you’ve followed me on Instagram for a few years, or if you’ve been to visit Charleston, you’ll already know my favorite restaurant here in town is Chasing Sage. The brilliant mix of seasonal low country inspired ingredients, farm to table sourcing, fantastic staff, and a wonderful ambiance combined to made this gem my most frequent and beloved haunt. Sadly all good things must come to an end, and CS had their last service on October 5, 2024. I brought a friend to sit in my beloved bar seats and have the full 5-course dinner as a properly delicious send-off to this gem of a place.

To Cindy, Walter, and the entire crew that made this place possible: from the bottom of my heart, thank you. You created something truly magical. Every dish, every meal, and every moment I spent in this wonderful place was special. May all of your future endeavors do well <3
