October Highlights:
A week at my office in Cincinnati
How you know your office is in the Midwest: your office bonding activity involves a game where you throw footballs at bowling pins? No idea why.
Dinner in downtown Cincy at Rosie’s Italian - pesto gnocchi & a terrific tiramisu
Charleston Eats Features
Closing night at my favorite Charleston restaurant, Chasing Sage (RIP)
See my special post for that final dinner here.
A Feral Cane cocktail pop-up by one of my favorite Charleston bartenders

Spending a few weeks in New Mexico watching my parent’s dogs & house while they were traveling (oh the joys of remote work). Luckily I can fly with Fred pretty easily, so off we went!
See my New Mexico Eats post for all the best places I ate in both Albuquerque & Santa Fe while I was out west.
Yes most of the photos from Santa Fe are of the dogs. There are 3 of them (mine + both of my parent’s dogs) and they are adorable :)
Cincinnati
My forever favorite mural in Cincinnati airport security area

Albuquerque
An afternoon in Old Town Albuquerque included lunch at Church Street Cafe, getting some tea and interesting gifts at Whimsy, and buying some local / indie author books at Treasure House Books, all located around the Old Town Plaza.
