November Highlights:
This month was BUSY. I took a month off from work for a sabbatical of sorts, so I ended up being all over the country, and all over Charleston. LOTS to report.
The travel saga:
Nov 1 - In New Mexico visiting family with my doggo Fred
I had been there for the last 2 weeks of October as well
Nov 2 - Fly home to SC to vote (long story, my absentee ballot got messed up)
Also Nov 2 - Go to the Costal Carolina Fair
Nov 4 - Fly back to New Mexico
Nov 6 - Fly to Oakland, CA to see Seventeen in concert.
See my Concert Feature post here: Seeing Seventeen in Oakland
Nov 7 - Try to fly back to New Mexico… weather issues… end up in Vegas for a night instead staying over with friends ❤️
Bonus travel food review included down below for Vegas
Nov 8 - Finally get back to New Mexico… just in time to see the results of the freak snow storm that delayed my flight the day before
Nov 9 - Fly home to SC with my doggo Fred
Once home, I took advantage of the beautiful weather we had in November to go on many strolls on the beach & around downtown Charleston
Volunteered at Yallfest, one of my favorite festivals & annual Charleston events
Celebrated my birthday and had many desserts
Went to the quarterly Feminist Magic Market in North Charleston
Saw Wicked in theaters with a bunch of friends and it was amazing!
For everywhere noteworthy I ate this month, check out the Charleston Eats - November 2024 post.
