Surprise Last Dinner: Monday, 24 Feb 2025

If you know me, you know I LOVED Chasing Sage in downtown Charleston. It was my favorite restaurant and it sadly closed back in October (see my last meal there over here). However, after a few months of hosting the occasional pop-up night, the owners had a surprise final hurrah night that was filled with CS staff and regulars. It was wonderful to see everyone back in one of our favorite places again enjoy a delicious meal & some great cocktails by Charlie behind the bar (you might remember him from my post about his cocktail pop-up Feral Cane).
